Which support form to use?

You are kindly asked to use the RMA-form for the return of new equipment and the repair form to register a repair request.

 

Register the RMA or repair form beforehand

  • Download the applicable support form
  • Fill in the applicable support form
  • Scan and send it by email to register the shipment
  • Print and add the completed form together with the device to your shipment and send it to:
